Our December Tennis Mashup had everything needed for an epic day of fun, competition, and community! At the Bounce Big Foundation, we aim to create experiences that connect families, spark joy, and help everyone level up—on and off the court. And this event absolutely delivered on all fronts!
We kicked off the day with a special twist: kids and parents teamed up with our coaches to work on coordination drills together. It wasn't long before friendly rallies and new goals were being set, as parents and kids took their shots at breaking early records on the court.
But the fun didn't stop there! Once the kids were busy with Buddy, Bella, and our junior directors, the parents enjoyed some adult-only tennis time at the club. Meanwhile, the kids got to dive into one of our favorite BBF activities: the Bounce Off competition! For those new to it, the Bounce Off is an endurance showdown where players bounce a ball consecutively for as long as possible—no drops allowed! The last player standing, with the most consistent bounces, takes the win. But wait, there's more!
We also had the Dance Bounce Off, where kids and parents "bounced" themselves to the beat, grooving and dancing until only one energetic player was left standing. Talk about serious stamina—it was a blast!
To wrap it all up, Buddy and Bella led everyone in the signature Tribal Dance, bringing big smiles and bigger moves. It was the perfect way to end a day of laughs, challenges, and connection. This event truly showcased our mission of bringing families together, promoting healthy competition, and building positive community bonds—all through the joy of tennis!
